Tips

  1. Do not put your tongue just behind your teeth.
  2. Do not put your tongue too far out.
  3. Put your tongue just behind your bottom lip, then bring your top teeth down until the “th” sound comes naturally.
  4. If your tongue is too relaxed, try doing the straw exercise.
  5. How far should you stick out your tongue? Put a finger in front of your lips. Your tongue should be just touching your finger.
  6. Make a vibration in your throat to make the voiced “th” sound.
