00:10 – Jeffreys Bay on the Eastern Cape is a legendary surf spot
00:13 and today I’m taking a two hour lesson from a pro.
00:14 We got our wetsuits, they gave me a board,
00:16 now we’re headed down to the beach.
00:18 The sand feels so good on my feet!
00:20 Don’t worry if you’ve never been surfing before,
00:22 I haven’t either.
00:25 Okay, we’ve learned three important things.
00:27 Positioning, paddling and getting up.
00:31 Now we’re gonna practice.
00:33 – It’s an amazing feeling.
00:34 Kinda like flying, a bit like walking on water.
00:37 All it takes is one or two seconds
00:39 to make you the happiest person in the world.
